A bit about me

As a female entrepreneur, I understand the unique challenges of juggling multiple competing priorities and deadlines while striving for success both personally and professionally. I approach each client with a keen understanding of the importance of working in alignment with your values and creating a safe place for others to grow strong roots, bloom and flourish long-term.

As an LCSW with a long history of chronic conditions that are often invisible, I have been on a lifelong personal wellness journey and know first-hand how hard it can be to ask for help and be vulnerable with others.

I pride myself on my innate ability to empathize with the clients I work with and make learning and growing fun and approachable.

Always fighting for the underdog, I am proud to specialize in working with marginalized populations, including women, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Veterans, individuals with complex health and mental health conditions, and those navigating life in a language and/or country that isn’t their first.

My work is holistic, practical, and engaging—because I strongly believe that real and lasting change happens when people feel safe, connected, understood, and supported.

I’m a mom of two daughters, a proud rescue pup owner, a loving wife, and community member in Decatur, Georgia.  Born in New Jersey and raised in Miami, I later moved to New Orleans for undergrad in business and graduate school for my Master of Social Work, both from Tulane University.  I settled in Atlanta over 20 years ago and feel strongly that each of the places I’ve lived and visited have shaped my worldview, including my love for travel, food, music, and festivals as well as spending meaningful time with friends and family.
